Return Policy                                        AT THE LAVENDER

We have a 7-day return policy on qualified selected items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for qualified items.

To be eligible for qualified return, your item must be in the same condition that you received your approved, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on selected sale items, seasonal, or gift cards. Please make sure your read the detail purchase for your item before finalizing your checkout. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the approved item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us using the information provided on our website.




How do I return?

  • Visit our contact page center

  • Provide your order number and email address to start

  • If your purchase was through a third party, please contact their page for the return policy.

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Qualified Items only!

  • Within 7 days from the delivery

  • In unused and resellable condition

  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted items

  • Seasonal Items

  • "Read specific details of the item"

The item I received is damaged! If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. Can the items be exchanged? Unfortunately, we don't have an exchange service for orders. What are the refund options? The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method

  • Refund to store credit

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the message received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund? Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 10 working days after approval.
